Participants’ personally identifiable information will only be used in accordance with the National Football League Privacy Policy, as posted on http://www.nfl.com/help/privacy.

b) Pick Your Players:

The object of the Promotion is to accrue the highest number of consecutive weekly periods within the Promotion Period (a “Streak”) in which your selected players have scored a touchdown during their actual NFL games. For the purposes of this Promotion, a touchdown is defined as when a selected player, himself, physically makes a touchdown in the end zone. Assisting or facilitating a play which results in a touchdown will not constitute a “touchdown” in this Promotion.

For each of the seventeen (17) weekly periods, you may pick one (1) player: a running back; wide receiver OR tight end from the player roster provided on the Promotion Game Page. You may only select any individual player one (1) time (i.e., for one (1) weekly period) during the course of any linear, active Streak. Once a Streak is broken, the Streak ends, and the points for such Streak are recorded by Sponsor and you will have the opportunity to start a new Streak (time permitting) during the subsequent weekly period. A new Streak will begin if your pick for the subsequent weekly period scores a touchdown during his actual game. At the start of a new Streak, all players on the roster (whether or not they were selected in a previous Streak) will become available for usage again. You will accumulate fantasy points based on the Scoring System below.

To select your players for any weekly period, visit the Promotion Game Page (as directed above), which will feature a player roster, and follow the instructions provided to make your player selection. If your pick is submitted by the relevant deadline outlined below, this selection will be your active player for that applicable weekly period during the Promotion Period.

c) Player Selection Deadline: The deadline for choosing or modifying your player and position selection for each weekly period is five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the applicable game in which the player is playing, as determined by Sponsor.

Your last selection that is received by the applicable deadline will be used to tabulate your fantasy points and Streak. Selection cannot be modified for any game in progress or already completed. Fantasy points will not be awarded if: 1.) a player selection is not made, 2.) the selected NFL player does not play in the game for any reason, 3.) the selected NFL player does not score a touchdown in a game, or 4.) a game is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason.

All selections must be accepted and acknowledged by the computer servers by the applicable deadline (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to be considered valid, timely, and eligible.

5. Scoring System:

For each consecutive weekly period during a Streak, you will earn one (1) fantasy point. The maximum number of fantasy points available to be earned is seventeen (17). Example: A) if the players you select for weekly periods 1, 2 and 3 DO NOT score a touchdown but then you start a Streak in weekly period 4 that runs through weekly period 10 (meaning, each player you picked for consecutive weekly periods (4-10) scored a touchdown during their actual games), and then the players you select for weekly periods 11 through 17 DO NOT score a touchdown during their applicable games, you will have had one (1) recorded Streak accumulating seven (7) fantasy points. B) if you start a Streak that runs for weekly periods 1 through 5 (meaning, each player you picked for consecutive weekly periods (1-5) scored a touchdown during their actual games); the players you select for weekly periods (6-8) each DO NOT score a touchdown; but then you start a second Streak in weekly period 9 that runs through weekly period 17 (meaning, each player you picked for consecutive weekly periods (9–17) scored a touchdown during their actual games) you will have had 2 recorded Streaks; the first accumulating 5 fantasy points and the second accumulating 9 fantasy points. The fantasy points earned for these two Streaks will not be combined. Only fantasy points earned for a single recorded Streak will be used when determining winners, regardless of whether a participant achieves multiple Streaks during the Promotion Period.

The six (6) participants who have the longest single recorded Streaks (thereby having accumulated the highest number of fantasy points during a single recorded Streak) will win a prize, subject to the tie-breakers discussed below.

Scoring Notes

  • If a selected NFL player happens to be on a BYE week, you will receive zero points for the applicable weekly period and any active Streak will be broken.
  • If a selected NFL player happens to be injured prior to the start of the game and does not play, you will receive zero points for the applicable weekly period and any active Streak will be broken.
  • If a selected NFL player is injured at any point during a game, whether or not he has scored a touchdown, any active Streak will be broken.
  • In the event that any regular season game is canceled, suspended (and not resumed) or preempted (and not resumed) for any reason during the Promotion Period, any active Streak will be broken.

6. Winner Selection:

Although it is not necessary to select a player for each weekly period during the Promotion Period to participate in the Promotion, it is strongly encouraged since the participant who accumulates the highest number of fantasy points during a single recorded Streak will win the Grand Prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules).

Grand Prize: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the participant who accumulates, over the course of the entire Promotion Period, the highest number of fantasy points during any single recorded Streak, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner.

First Prize: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the participant who, over the course of the entire Promotion Period, accumulates the second highest number of fantasy points during any single recorded Streak, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential First Prize winner.

Second Prize: At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the four (4) participants who, over the course of the entire Promotion Period, accumulate the third through the sixth highest number of fantasy points during any single recorded Streak, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential Second Prize winners.

In the event of a tie for any prize level, the tied participant whose selected players (combined) during the period of his/her longest recorded Streak accumulated the highest number of touchdowns will be determined the applicable prize winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules) for the applicable prize at issue. Example: Participant “A” and Participant “B” each have a Streak length of 10 weekly periods, thereby, they each tallied ten (10) fantasy points. Participant “A’s” 10 players during his/her Streak totaled 25 touchdowns and Participant “B’s” 10 players during his/her Streak accumulated only 10 touchdowns, Participant A would be determined the winner for the prize at issue. In the event a tie still exists, the potential winner, for the prize at issue, will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all tied participants. Fantasy points cannot be transferred and have no monetary or other value outside this Promotion.

The tabulation of points, the determination of a touchdown, identification of potential winners will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on these and all other matters relating to the Promotion. By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor.

7. Winner Notification:

The potential winners will be contacted on or about 1/8/10 by Sponsor at the email address provided on the registration form. Potential winners will be required to respond to such email within five (5) days of the first attempt to contact him/her.

Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, Sponsor’s inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, potential winner’s failure to respond within five (5) days from Sponsor’s initial contact or return of prize or prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarding of the applicable prize to the next runner-up. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless he/she is the child or legal ward of the Grand Prize winner.
